AAAAhhhhh... the future.... what a scary concept for high school seniors. Actually...it's a scary concept for anybody...not just HS seniors. This year is surely gonna be filled with a lot of great times... some of those bittersweet. I mean... everything that happens your senior year is going to be the last.... Last "first" day of High School, Last spirit week, Last Prom, Last Pep rallies and so on. The senior class will be living it up, creating memories that will be cherished for a lifetime.
Now... I think it is hard for youngsters to know what one wants to be when they "grow up". Take me for instance... my entire high school career I was focused on becoming an elementary teacher.... and I ended up being a nurse.... now only 11 years later... I find myself getting out of the nursing field to pursue my true passion... Photography. A passion that I didn't know I had until fairly recently.
That story brings me to Jenna. Jenna is going into her senior year.... and after graduating next June, 2013... .... Jenna is joining the US Air Force!
When she told me this.. I nearly fell to the ground. "Good for you!" I thought to myself. I am truly impressed by her decision to serve. It takes a special person to join any branch of the Armed Forces, and here she is... this Bright, Beautiful Young Woman.... leaving for boot camp next August.
All I can say... is this... Thank you Jenna. Thank you for your decision. Thank you in advance for the sacrifice that you are going to be making, all so the rest of us can live free. Not trying to sound cheesy here... but I honestly look up to anyone who can sign on the dotted line and live a life serving for the US military. Thank You and God Bless.
So here... are a few more pictures from Jenna's session..... I had such a blast!!!
*Please note.....Resolution is much better when viewed on photographers website*
Now.... I value trying to capture who people truly are.... that also comes to when one is comfy!!! We had to get one of Jenna.... just chillin'!!!
Jenna!! Thank you so much for trusting me to capture these images for you!! Good luck and have fun your senior year!!!!
